Charitable Donations
Henderson Roofing is proud to support local charities, non-profits, and schools. We do our best to honor
as many requests as possible and have established the following process to ensure all requests are
considered fairly.
How it works

Submit your request at least 60 days before your event or sponsorship deadline.

Requests are reviewed monthly by our team

Approved requests are notified by email at least one month prior to the event
Eligibility criteria
- Requests must be submitted at least 60 days prior to the event date.
- Only Tax-Exempt 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations are considered. Your Federal Identification number is
required. - All requests must be typed on official organization letterhead stating the nature of the request (auction donation,
sponsorship, program advertisement, etc.). - Include the event date, time, and location, along with any relevant supporting documentation.
- Include your organization contact person — name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
Submit Your Request
Requests missing any of the above information will not be processed. Please do not call to check on a submitted
request — only approved requests will be notified by email at least one month prior to the event.
All Requests receive serious consideration and are reviewed monthly. A decision will be emailed to the contact person listed in your submission. A denial does not reflect on the worthiness of your cause, it may simply fall outside of our current giving guidelines or available resources.
